The Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo is pleased to invite young artists active in various fields of art to apply to the fifth call for support of artistic works.
For all those artists who wish to create works that commemorate the victims/events of the war and address a particular issue in transitional justice, we encourage you all to apply to this call, in order to develop different and new artistic forms, by focusing on dealing with the past.
